Go to “My Orders” to see your recent orders. Next, choose the order and select ‘return or replace products’.

How Do Refunds Work?

You can return an order within the first 14 calendar days after receiving the product. If there is no error on the seller’s part, then they will refund you the full amount and standard shipping costs.

Of course, keep in mind that this refund can be made in different ways. For example, if the order was received outside of Spain, or if the seller picks up the product at your home, they will be entitled to invoice you for the collection fees.

In the event that you make that return between 14 and 30 calendar days after receiving it, if there is no error on the part of the seller, the seller will only refund the amount of the product.
