Can I Return Any Type of Product on Amazon?
Amazon offers returns to most products within 30 days of receiving them at the address provided. There are third-party sellers who sell from the marketplace, so in this case, some products may have certain particularities when it comes to returning them.
Customers can return multiple items, but you may see different return options depending on the seller, item, or reason for the return. But, don’t worry, because most products sold on Amazon are subject to the general return policy.
Return on Amazon Step by Step
- STEP 1
Go to “My Orders” to see your recent orders. Next, choose the order and select ‘return or replace products’.

Select the product you want to return, and then select the appropriate option from the “reason for return” menu.

Choose how to process your return.
IMPORTANT: If applicable, select issue a refund or replacement. For products sold by an Amazon seller, you’ll see “Submit Return Request.” The Amazon seller reviews return requests before issuing a refund or replacement. If you don’t receive a response within two business days, you can submit an A-to-z Guarantee claim.

Select your preferred return method, then print the label and return authorization.

Add the return label and pack the products for return. Pack your product securely: Follow the instructions sent to you by Amazon when you request a return in the Returns Center.
Don’t forget: Before returning products where you’ve stored personal information, such as laptops, cameras, or other electronic devices, delete that information entirely.
How Do Refunds Work?
You can return an order within the first 14 calendar days after receiving the product. If there is no error on the seller’s part, then they will refund you the full amount and standard shipping costs.
Of course, keep in mind that this refund can be made in different ways. For example, if the order was received outside of Spain, or if the seller picks up the product at your home, they will be entitled to invoice you for the collection fees.
In the event that you make that return between 14 and 30 calendar days after receiving it, if there is no error on the part of the seller, the seller will only refund the amount of the product. The costs of shipping and handling the return of unwanted products sold through third parties are usually borne by the buyer. You will not be reimbursed for standard shipping, gift wrapping, return shipping or any other services related to the order.
